The install went well except Azure Storage Emulator. <br />I cleared the cache the problem went out. Just had the same problem with VS2013.<br /><br />Seemed to be caused by running VS2013 when Windows had only done a partial update (without telling me).<br /><br />Unfortunately, it looks like an Uninstall/reinstall is needed.
